In 2002 after noticing the need for a southern-style catering company that could provide comfort cuisine and four star service Darwin Brooks a.k.a. Papa, founded Papa Sauce Inc. The southern hot spot is widely known for its sauce which originated from an old family recipe, hence the name. Papa Sauce is also known for dishing up some of Broward's best BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken. Their famous Papa Burgers also dominate the menu, but you can't pass up the fresh collard greens, baked beans, mac & cheese, and potato salad. Assuming you have room for dessert, make sure to try the sweet potato pie or red velvet cake.

Have your food delivered directly to your location in ready-to-serve aluminum pans. Service includes food only.
FULL SERVICE
Our Catering Team will set-up, serve and immediately clean up after the food service.

How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?
The sooner the better. We usually require at least five full business days' notice for pickup orders. During busy seasons, more notice may be required. The larger your event the more advance notice the better.
What type of events do you cater?
We provide catering for all types of events from picnics to black tie and large recptions to intimate gatherings.
Do you only cater BBQ?
Although Papa Sauce is famous for its finger lickin offerings, we cater a wide variety of foods. Our Catering Sales Manager will work with you to design a menu to suit your needs.
